Copenhagen is expanding and at the same time aiming to halve our individual carbon footprint. But can we grow and reduce at the same time?

It is obvious that we must devote curious persistanse in redeeming all the potential areas the city already holds in the existing building mass. Areas where we can accommodate, without building from scratch. How many Copenhageners can live in the city’s empty business spaces? The answer is 16.000 people*.

Four of them will live here in Frederiksberg, expanding a first floor apartment with a groundfloor space that has been used as simple storage up until now.
